Our Members

UPVHA has three kinds of membership available for voluntary organisations. These are life, permanent and co memberships. All the memberships are available on payment of membership fee determined by the Governing Body from time to time.

For region wise list of the members click the links above. Each organisation is identified by a six digit code. The first digit of the code is the code of the region (1 for Bundelkhand, 2 for Central Region, 3 for Eastern Region and 4 for Western Region). The next two digits denote serial number of the district in the region. Thus, 207 signifies Lucknow district in the Central Region. The fourth digit stands for the kind of membership (1 for life membership, 2 for permanent membership and 3 for associate membership). The last two digits are serial number of the organisation. Thus, code 101202 means a life member organisation (Gram Unmesh Sansthan) in Banda district of Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh.

Voluntary organisations can use the online form for applying for membership. Please do not send any enclosures and/or membership fee while applying. Once they get a confirmatory mail from us, they are required to send the required documents and membership fee through demand draft. Alternatively they can write to UPVHA Secretariat for membership form at the address given in contacts. They can then post the filled membership form, enclosures and membership fee.
